Enquiries. When you send an enquiry we store the details you enter (name, email, chosen property and any optional details) so Sushil and his team can respond. We do not sell these details.

Visit information. To understand how visitors find the site, we record the pages viewed, the referring website or ad campaign (for example UTM tags or an ad click reference), your browser type and approximate country. This is linked to an enquiry only if you send one.

Meta advertising. With your permission where required, the site uses the Meta Pixel to share page visits, contact clicks and completed enquiries with Meta Platforms, to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. In regions that require consent (such as the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland) this happens only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawing stops further sharing immediately.
